NPI Test Development Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Test Development Engineer to lead the design and deployment of automated test solutions for RF and mixed-signal products across the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle. This role bridges software and systems engineering with deep RF test expertise to deliver scalable, maintainable, production-ready test systems. You will play a key role in defining best practices within a worldwide test development organization. Responsibilities Lead the development of automated test solutions using TestStand and C# on PXI-based ATE. Drive RF test development, system integration, and complex hardware/software debugging. Provide design-for-test (DFT) feedback to engineering teams. Mentor junior engineers and technical staff. Drive continuous improvement in software and test architectures, fostering framework re-use and reliability. Minimum Qualifications Education: BS or MS in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Computer Engineering. Experience: 8 + years in automated test development. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in C# and TestStand. Deep knowledge of RF measurements. Demonstrated ability to debug complex hardware and software systems. Desired Traits Structured problem-solving approach. Clear and effective communication skills. Proven track record of building reusable and scalable technical solutions.
