MSL- Hematology

Position Summary The MSL is a medical professional with strong scientific and therapeutic area expertise with an essential field-role focused on developing and maintaining peer-to-peer relationships with medical experts, key opinion leaders and key stakeholders. MSLs engage in in-depth medical and scientific product or disease area discussions, and presentations in a non-promotional scientific context. The MSL will primarily support the company’s Specialty Franchise collaborating with a cross-functional team to transform the therapeutic context of interest. Your responsibilities: This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: Develop and maintain peer-to-peer collaborations and relationships with key medical experts in hematology, or other therapeutic areas of interest. Engage with the external community in scientific dialogue to generate insights and advance medical and scientific understanding. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the access strategy. Support clinical development initiatives, including site identification, trial recruitment, registry, and follow-up activities for investigator-sponsored, collaborative sponsored, and GSK-sponsored studies. Perform all job responsibilities in compliance with regulations, standard operating procedures, industry practices, and GSK safety guidelines. Adhere to GSK policies and procedures for MSL and Medical Affairs, supporting the safe and appropriate use of research compounds and products, and partnering with Medical Affairs areas and the Sales team. Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: University degree in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences or equivalent clinical/scientific qualification. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Medical Affairs, clinical research, clinical development, or a related role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish. Proficiency in English to read scientific literature is required. Availability to travel 50% of the time. Soft skills such as effective communication, curiosity, stakeholder management and teamwork. Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Medical specialization in hematology, oncology, internal medicine is desirable.
