This role involves leading quality initiatives, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating across various departments to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities: * Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with industry standards (ISO 9001). * Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes for identified quality issues. * Conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement. * Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to integrate quality requirements throughout the product lifecycle. * Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, predict potential issues, and recommend proactive solutions. * Develop and deliver quality training programs for employees at all levels. * Participate in new product introduction (NPI) processes, ensuring quality considerations are addressed from early stages. * Support customer complaint investigation and resolution, ensuring timely and effective responses. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field. Master's degree preferred. * Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in quality engineering roles within a manufacturing or assembly environment. Electrical processes preferred. * Strong knowledge and practical application of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.). * Proven expertise in root cause analysis methodologies (e.g., 8D, Fishbone, 5 Whys) and corrective action implementation. * Experience with statistical process control (SPC), FMEA, control plans, and other quality tools. * Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification preferred. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and influence stakeholders. * Proficiency in quality software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
