Title and Summary Manager, Technical Program Management Overview: Business & Market Insights (B&MI), at Mastercard, helps organizations turn data into actionable outcomes by providing intelligence, analytics, and consulting capabilities that enable businesses to run more effectively, optimize performance, and identify new growth opportunities. B&MI empowers customers to make informed decisions, improve efficiency and profitability, and accelerate innovation through data-driven insights, predictive analytics, and market intelligence Role: The Technical Program Manager (TPM), Program Governance drives execution excellence across B&MI’s technology portfolio by establishing governance frameworks, delivering portfolio insights, and enabling data-driven decision making. This role partners with engineering, product, operations, and business leaders to ensure strategic initiatives are aligned, risks and dependencies are managed, and delivery outcomes are transparent and predictable. All About You: Drive governance, portfolio management, and program reporting standards across multiple initiatives. Provide visibility into program health, risks, dependencies, milestones, and key performance metrics. Develop dashboards, executive communications, and reporting that support leadership decision-making. Facilitate cross-functional alignment and accountability across engineering, product, operations, and business teams. Identify execution risks and process improvement opportunities to enhance delivery effectiveness and operational efficiency. Support portfolio planning, prioritization, and governance reviews. In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay Ranges O'Fallon, Missouri: $122,000 - $207,000 USD
