Key Responsibilities / Duties: Help develop strategic marketing plan, to ensure marketing strategy is aligned with business goals and measurable. Implement impactful marketing campaigns through all means of advertising (offline and especially online media), events, media relations, email campaigns and content marketing. Work closely with content marketing and PB sales to develop distinctive email to PB clients. Be creative and bring in news ideas on events and activities which are appealing to PB clients. Build strong partnerships with sales teams to establish joint priorities and gain alignment on strategic plans. Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal business partners across marketing, product, legal and compliance etc. Manage cross-border regional projects to bring best practices and streamline processes to our region. Ensure the global priorities (growth engines) are delivered in the region if appropriate and provide necessary support to all marketing functions (above-the-line, below-the-line, online, events, media relations) Work Experience / Knowledge: Over 5 years work experience in marketing at asset management/ finance industry, including above-the-line, below-the-line, online, events and media relations. Knowledge of investment products required. Bachelor's degree required Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Innovative, proactive, and commercially minded, with the ability to contribute creative ideas and drive engagement. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
