Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis - Standard Cost

What Financial Planning & Analysis contributes to Cardinal Health Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets. Financial Planning & Analysis provides strategic partnership and objective guidance to business units. It leads cross functional efforts to enable forward looking, actionable insights with a focus on driving strategic value that influences key business decisions. Job Summary As part of the Global Operations & Supply Chain finance team, this role will lead the center of excellence global consolidation team, reporting to the Finance Director of GOSC Global Consolidations. This role will be responsible for leading the annual standard cost role process, leading reporting and analysis for the consolidated business unit, managing all budget and forecast timelines and processes, and helping to deliver insights and support for the executive leadership team as needed. They will also lead efforts related to continuous process improvement and standardization, helping to design and develop new tools or enhance existing tools & processes to better support our business partners and the needs of the organization. Responsibilities Responsible for leading the annual standard cost roll process. Responsible for all consolidated month end reporting related to the overall Global Operations & Supply Chain business unit. Responsible for ensuring accuracy in GOSC results during month end close, working with the various teams to investigate and resolve issues. Lead efforts for continuous improvement of all financial packages and deliverables. Responsible for compliance and accuracy in financial results, ensuring adherence to all GAAP and SEC requirements. Supervise a team of two. Manage multiple deliverables and deadlines concurrently. Work on ad hoc requests and initiatives as required by leadership. Qualifications 8+ years of experience, preferred Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred, or equivalent work experience, preferred Standard cost experience in a manufacturing environment, highly preferred Anticipated salary range: $106,700 - $167,640 Bonus eligible: Yes Benefits: Cardinal Health offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being.
