Location: 260 Logistics Avenue, Jeffersonville, IN Shift: Multiple shifts available Job Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility and production equipment to ensure safe, reliable operations. This role involves hands-on electrical, mechanical, and computer-related work, as well as coordination with vendors and contractors. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems Safely work with 460V, 220V, 120VAC, and 24VDC circuits Maintain motors, belts, chains, bearings, and drives Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and PLCs Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections Troubleshoot network cabling, I/O devices, and PC-based systems Support continuous improvement on the production floor Communicate effectively using I2CARE values. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year experience in facilities or industrial maintenance Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Basic PLC, controls, and computer/network experience preferred Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.
