Follow up on commitments, remove roadblocks, establish clear ownership, and drive actions to closure by committed dates. Communicate status, risks, recommendations, and recovery progress to CCA leadership, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional partners. Analyze recurring issues, identify root causes and patterns, and standardize recovery actions to prevent repeat problems. Improve logistics prioritization, visibility, escalation routines, and reporting of actions and results. Support additional CCA logistics initiatives and strategy improvements while delivering measurable progress in critical-part recovery, service parts cases, and buyback prevention.
