Job Title Line Manager Job Description #EOS #LIPHILIN Job title: Line Manager Your role: Job Responsibilities: • Supervises and guides a compact team of skilled direct reports, ensuring their productivity and effectiveness in executing tasks with precision and efficiency. • Develops comprehensive financial forecasts and annual operating plans to strategically guide financial decisions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. • Maximizes manufacturing performance by meticulously optimizing key metrics such as productivity, equipment utilization, cost of non-quality, and overall efficiency, thereby enhancing operational effectiveness and streamlining production processes. • Provides thorough and ongoing training to operators in production processes and Health & Safety protocols, prioritizing their competence and safety while executing tasks. • Ensures strict adherence to specifications and requirements in work instructions and tools utilized throughout the production process, maintaining consistency and accuracy. • Actively implements Lean project methodologies and facilitates the seamless integration of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes to streamline operations, drive efficiency, and foster continuous improvement. • Takes charge of preparing and implementing manufacturing production processes, meticulously ensuring the delivery of safe, compliant, and high-quality products and services to customers. • Innovates and identifies novel methods to optimize workflow, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and driving efficiency and excellence in production operations. • Guides and mentors the team, actively contributing to employee selection, performance management, compensation management, career development, and overseeing operational processes. You're the right fit if: (4 x bullets max) Minimum required Education: Bachelor's Degree / Vocational Education in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Production Engineering or equivalent. Minimum required Experience: No prior experience required with Bachelor's Degree OR minimum 7+ years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
