Job Summary / Role Definition As a Lean Facilitator in production, this role leads the improvement of overall capability on the shop floor. The position drives comprehensive improvements across quality, productivity, cost, and safety. In addition, the role leads digitalization and standardization, contributing to process optimization and value creation within operations. What You Will Do / Responsibilities • Raise the overall capability on the shop floor and promote the development of employees and skill transfer • Improve process stability and productivity through standardization and Lean implementation • Lead quality audits and RCCA activities, driving analysis, corrective actions, and prevention of recurrence of quality issues • Utilize process and manufacturing data to visualize issues and plan and execute improvement actions • Improve productivity and cost through bottleneck elimination, material optimization, and cross functional collaboration What You Have / Skill Descriptors Lean / Continuous Improvement Leadership • Ability not only to lead improvements, but also to teach improvement thinking so that team members can drive improvements independently • Guide teams in standardization, waste elimination, and flow optimization Quality Management Skills (Audits, RCCA, Process Capability, Corrective Actions) • Solid understanding of quality audits, RCCA, and corrective action processes • Ability to coach team members and lead improvement activities while developing their analytical capabilities Data Analysis Capability (Process & Manufacturing Data Utilization) • Ability to identify issues and develop improvement plans using process and manufacturing data • Capability to teach data analysis methods and build a team that makes data driven decisions Communication and Leadership Skills • Ability to build trust with shop floor teams and communicate in a way that draws out employee growth • Flexibly use direction, support, questioning, and coaching based on the situation to raise overall team maturity • Ability to collaborate effectively with other functions such as manufacturing, equipment, and quality Problem Solving Capability • Ability to clarify issues and teach team members how to break down problems, form hypotheses, and execute improvements • Capability to build a team culture that continuously solves problems independently Posting Dates: 十月 21, 2026 - 十一月 5, 2026 Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
