Job Description The Leader - Resource Management is responsible for driving enterprise-wide resource planning, allocation, deployment, and workforce optimization to ensure effective fulfillment of business demands. The role partners with business and delivery leaders to maximize utilization, improve demand-supply alignment, and enable efficient talent deployment across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead resource planning, allocation, deployment, and fulfillment across business priorities. Drive demand-supply management to ensure optimal staffing and workforce utilization. Govern resource allocation, bench management, and talent mobility strategies. Partner with business, delivery, capability, and HR teams to address workforce gaps and resource risks. Establish resource management processes, governance frameworks, and performance metrics. Monitor utilization, fulfillment effectiveness, capacity, and workforce productivity. Provide workforce insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resource management efficiency and business outcomes. Success Measures Improved demand-supply alignment and fulfillment rates. Increased workforce utilization and productivity. Reduced resource aging and staffing cycle times. Enhanced talent mobility and deployment effectiveness. Strong stakeholder satisfaction and governance compliance. Experience Significant experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, Capacity Management, or Talent Supply Chain functions. Proven track record of leading large-scale resource planning and fulfillment operations. Strong stakeholder management and workforce optimization expertise. Experience driving operational excellence and workforce transformation initiatives.
