Become a part of our caring community A Lead Enterprise Salesforce Architect is a strategic technology leader who drives digital transformation by designing scalable solutions, guiding architecture and implementation efforts, and delivering measurable outcomes. They combine technical expertise with a client-focused mindset, collaborate across technical and business teams, and lead through both strategic vision and hands-on execution to increase adoption and success. Responsibilities: Lead technology and strategy solution engagements across multi-functional workstreams. These engagements involve customer data platform (CDP) or data management platform (DMP), data onboarding and activation, big data strategy, and analytics on Adobe Experience Platform. Gain in-depth knowledge of a client's digital experience strategy, online business model, and customer goals. Work with and implement data integrations to support Client customer use cases and journeys Provide expert consulting services and expertise to clients and potential clients. Collaborate with our teams and vendor partners to develop solutions to meet client's unique requirements, which include combinations of data, technology, partners, integrations and analytics. Manage multiple client relationships, serving as the primary daily contact. Collaborate and guide teams through integration projects with, several partners. Conduct business analysis – lead process to obtain insight and business strategy from analytics output. Establish trust and build relationships with clients, and internal and external partners. Monitor engagement progress and maintain an account status dashboard summarizing all work streams. Address client's process/operations issues, through needs analysis, and recommend strategies for improvement. Strong storytelling capability - slideware development, presentation and communication skills. Lead client business reviews. Accountable for successful delivery of client commitments. Manage, and train team of digital solutions specialists. Maintain a strong interest in rapidly changing trends in the digital marketing space. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience with customer data, marketing technology, or digital experience platforms. Expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time Certified Data Professional, and Adobe Experience Cloud , including data ingestion, identity resolution, audience activation, data governance, and personalization. Experience leading 2+ end-to-end AEP implementations as a Technical Architect, with ownership of solution design, integrations, and delivery. Hands-on experience across at least three of the following areas: CDPs, DMPs, CRM, Marketing Automation, Omnichannel Personalization, AdTech, CMS and analytics . Experience with enterprise platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft , or similar ecosystems. Experience with REST APIs, cloud architectures, data integration, security protocols, and structured/unstructured data management . Experience designing customer data models, database solutions, and scalable data architectures. Proficiency in SQL , ETL/ELT processes, API integrations, and tools such as Postman . Proven ability to lead technical teams, improve project delivery, and mentor team members. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to both technical and executive audiences. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver complex projects in fast-paced, global environments. Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects involving multiple partners and workstreams. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or Adobe RT-CDP certifications. Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), or Adobe Audience Manager (AAM) . Experience with CDPs such as Tealium, Segment, Salesforce Data Cloud, or Treasure Data . Knowledge of Python, Hadoop, Spark , or other data analytics technologies. Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . Background in consulting, professional services, or digital transformation engagements. Work at Home Requirements: To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. In certain roles, the minimum recommended internet speed required by Humana may not be sufficient for business needs. Humana reserves the right to require associates to upgrade their internet service if necessary. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information. Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $142,300 - $195,700 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
