Job Responsibilities Develop IC layout designs based on schematics and guidance from analog designer. Perform physical verification, including DRC and LVS checking and debugging. Participate in the tape-out process and support layout-related activities throughout the design cycle. Collaborate with application, design, assembly and process engineers to ensure high-quality layout implementation. Continuously develop layout design skills and gain experience in BCD and mixed-signal technologies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Device Physics, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field. Basic understanding of semiconductor devices and IC fabrication processes. Understanding of basic IC layout concepts(matching, shielding, guard rings, and reliability-aware practices) is preferred. Knowledge of Cadence EDA tools and analog/mixed-signal circuits is a plus. Experience using AI tools or developing AI-assisted workflows to improve layout design, verification, automation, or engineering productivity is a strong plus. Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Skill, TCL, or Perl is preferred. For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
