Lead and develop Inland First Mile Agents, ensuring compliance with safety, transport and company standards. Optimize cost, productivity, asset utilization and service performance through continuous improvement. Manage transport vendors, internal stakeholders and customer communications. Resolve operational disruptions, delivery issues and customer complaints within agreed timelines. Approve or reject process deviations and ensure strong end-to-end freight-order management.rove or reject process deviations and ensure strong end-to-end freight-order management. 🎯 What We’re Looking For: Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, customer focus and continuous-improvement skills. Strong operations and logistics background, ideally within 3PL, retail, lifestyle, FMCG, or other complex supply chain environments. Proven experience leading teams, driving performance, and managing customer-facing logistics operations. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and resolve operational challenges. Demonstrated track record of operational excellence through KPI management, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis.
