Provádí základní zhodnocení chyb/ požadavků od zákazníků a v případě nutnosti je předává na L2 podporu. Typy úkolů: • Podpora přes telefon/email/na dálku (Anydesk) • Základní analýza chyb a oprava technických/softwarových problémů Popis hlavních pracovních činností a procesů: práce na řešení požadavků od zákazníků – instalace, školení, v rámci CGM Medicus předává požadavky na nové licence obchodnímu oddělení poskytuje podporu pro obchodní tým (prezentace produktu, účast na odborných konferencích) spolupráce na aktualizaci příruček, návodů atd. Budeme rádi, když budete mít: - min SŠ vzdělání - pokročilá znalost MS Office a všeobecný přehled v oblasti IT - SW - schopnost učit se, příjemné a profesionální vystupování - znalost českého jazyka na úrovni rodilého mluvčího podmínkou - znalost anglického jazyka výhodou - řidičský průkaz sk.B podmínkou (aktivní řidič) výhodou
