About the Role A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced corporate tax lawyer to join the Lexis+ Practical Guidance team and contribute to the online practical guidance and current awareness offering of the Lexis+ Tax module. You will help deliver indispensable content that customers value by monitoring legal developments, engaging with practising lawyers, and creating high-quality practical guidance for tax professionals. This role can be worked on a hybrid basis (currently once a week in the London office) or remotely within the UK, with flexibility on hours and part-time working (4 days per week) considered. Responsibilities Creating, developing, and maintaining a market-leading content set for the Lexis+ Practical Guidance Tax module (practice notes, precedents, checklists, flowcharts etc) Contributing to the Lexis+ Practical Guidance Tax current awareness service by selecting appropriate developments and cases to report on and delivering updates and analysis targeted towards Tax lawyers Monitoring legal and industry developments relevant to our customer base Engaging with practising lawyers and staying informed on developments affecting tax practitioners Supporting the delivery of high-quality practical guidance and current awareness content for customers Requirements UK qualified lawyer, with significant and broad experience of non-contentious corporate Tax law Excellent knowledge both technically and in the practical application of Tax work Awareness of the legal tax issues and developments affecting corporate entities Ability to communicate complex legal and procedural concepts and their practical application concisely and clearly Experience of international tax considerations, employment taxes and VAT as they apply to UK corporate entities would be desirable but not essential Work in a Way That Works for You We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
