How You'll Make an Impact Develop and maintain process flow charts, control plans, and PFMEAs. Analyze production and quality data to identify improvement opportunities. Lead investigations into defects, test failures, and customer concerns. Implement corrective and preventive actions that support long-term quality improvements. Conduct process and product audits to ensure effective quality controls. Support customer, regulatory, and certification audits. Drive compliance with ISO 9001, CSA, ASME, ASTM, IEC, and IEEE quality standards. Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, and customers to improve quality performance. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your Background Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. Minimum 3 years of engineering or technical experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience working with quality management systems, including ISO 9001. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, process controls, and continuous improvement methodologies. Ability to read and interpret specifications, drawings, schematics, and technical documentation. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
