Job Description & Summary Mission principale Assurer la gestion opérationnelle du parc informatique et téléphonique, ainsi que l'accompagnement des utilisateurs afin de garantir la disponibilité et l'optimisation des services IT au sein de PwC. Principales responsabilités Gestion du parc informatique : inventaire, affectation, renouvellement et suivi des équipements. Gestion du parc téléphonique : lignes mobiles, forfaits, roaming, portabilité et optimisation des coûts. Préparation et suivi des commandes de matériel et services IT. Coordination des besoins IT liés à l'intégration et au départ des collaborateurs. Élaboration de reportings et tableaux de bord de suivi. Participation aux projets d'amélioration continue et de transformation IT. Support et accompagnement des utilisateurs. Compétences clés IT Asset Management Gestion des télécommunications Reporting et analyse de données Microsoft 365 et Excel Processus ITIL Organisation, rigueur et sens du service Communication et coordination Profil recherché Bac+4 / Bac+5 en informatique, télécommunications ou systèmes d'information. Expérience de 1 an minimum dans les opérations IT, la gestion de parc informatique et téléphonique ou le support IT. Maîtrise des outils Microsoft et des bonnes pratiques ITIL. Capacité d'analyse, d'organisation et de gestion des priorités. Bon relationnel et aptitude à travailler avec des interlocuteurs variés.
