As an IT External Audit - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and other critical information, enhancing their credibility and reliability for a variety of stakeholders. Within our Assurance practice, you will focus on delivering assurance services over clients' digital environments, including processes and controls, cybersecurity measures, data and AI systems, and their associated governance. This role is essential in helping organizations and their stakeholders build trust in their technology while adhering to relevant regulations. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will be at the forefront of digital assurance, working with clients to validate their digital processes and controls, confirming they meet the necessary standards and regulations. Responsibilities - Leading teams in evaluating compliance with regulations and assessing governance and risk management processes - Managing client service accounts and driving engagement workstreams by supervising teams and independently solving complex problems - Analyzing and identifying linkages and interactions between system components to enhance digital assurance services - Developing and executing strategic plans for auditing methodologies and IT governance frameworks - Utilizing cloud engineering and AI platforms to improve data quality and validation processes - Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and manage performance to meet client expectations - Addressing conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders, and escalating where appropriate - Upholding professional and technical standards, including compliance auditing and cybersecurity governance - Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to enhance service delivery and inspire team development - Reviewing work as an opportunity to deepen team members' skills and knowledge What You Must Have - A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is required. - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Utilizing auditing methodologies and IT governance frameworks - Embracing change and innovation in digital assurance - Demonstrating analytical thinking in complex problem-solving - Applying cloud engineering skills in audit processes - Engaging in strategic questioning to identify opportunities - Implementing cybersecurity governance in client engagements - Excelling in data quality assurance testing and validation - Cisa certification Understand the importance of having correct information management Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection Correct Information Security Management All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment at PwC without regard to ethnicity; creed; color; religion; national origin; age; disability; neurodiversity; sexual orientation; gender identity or expression; marital; or any other status protected by law.
