Job Title Issuing EMV Implementations Advisor What does a successful EMV Implementation Advisor do at Fiserv? As a successful EMV Implementation Advisor, you will gather client requirements and coordinate technical teams to create solutions. You will lead and coordinate cross-functional, cross-departmental and cross-company teams that are responsible for all aspects of an EMV implementation project, from initiation to closure. What you will do : Identify resources and coordinate the efforts of the Fiserv team members, third party contractors and consultants. Organize and oversee work across multiple client portfolios and individual projects, providing day-to-day delivery leadership for a high volume of small to medium projects and pivoting into hands-on implementation or project execution as needed. Assist Implementation Manager(s) with sequencing, prioritization and monitoring work across competing client needs, delivery commitments and team capacity. Identify risks, manage internal escalations and serve as an escalation point for Implementation Analysts to help ensure delivery commitments are met. Improve delivery processes, visibility and consistency across the organization, and bring visibility to Implementation Analyst skill gaps, execution patterns and coaching opportunities. What you will need to have: Proficiency in Microsoft Project and/or Microsoft Project Server. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Proven success in delivering projects within budget and specified timeframes, while ensuring customer satisfaction. Proven problem-solving skills from problem assessment to solution selection. Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree with 2 to 4 years experience, or 4+ years experience in project management plus experience working directly with clients. What would be great to have: Ability to identify alternatives and make contingency plans. Capacity to embrace change and quickly adapt to new situations, changes in direction and altering priorities. Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments.
