IR Product Strategy Lead (AI and Data)

AI Product Lead, IR Intelligence As an AI Product Lead reporting to James Tickner you'll play a critical role in shaping the vision and delivery of AI-driven workflow and insights products within Nasdaq's IR Intelligence division. You'll thrive in this position if you're collaborative, intellectually curious, and bring a genuine passion for turning emerging AI capabilities into real-world product experiences for global financial technology clients. Key Responsibilities Define and drive the product strategy for AI-powered intelligence products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and evolving market needs. Lead end-to-end product delivery — from user research and proof-of-concept through to release — ensuring quality, documentation, and user adoption. Partner with UX designers and engineering teams to design intuitive, AI-first solutions that address real user needs at scale. Prioritise and manage the product backlog, balancing technical feasibility, business value, and user impact. Build strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather insights, champion AI adoption, and drive successful outcomes. Required Qualifications Proven experience in agile product management, ideally within B2B enterprise SaaS and financial markets. Demonstrated track record of delivering AI and data solutions to end users. Strong ability to translate complex user requirements into actionable product strategies. Clear communicator with experience working in collaborative, matrixed , global environments. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience with financial markets data and client-facing data or workflow products. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and integration patterns within enterprise product development. Exposure to global teams and cross-border stakeholder engagement. This position is located in London and offers a hybrid work environment with at least 3 days per week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
