Job Title Intern - Finance - Plymouth, MN – Summer 2027 Job Description Intern - Finance - Plymouth, MN – Summer 2027 Join Philips as a Finance Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting high-impact business decisions in a global MedTech company focused on improving people’s lives. In this paid, 3-month Summer 2027 internship, you will work onsite at our Plymouth, Minnesota location and gain meaningful exposure to corporate finance, business partnering, analytics, and strategic planning in the fast-growing MedTech industry. Your role: Support strategic finance projects connected to the Annual Operating Plan and key business priorities Analyze revenue, profitability, spending, and business performance trends to identify actionable insights Partner with finance mentors and business stakeholders to develop decision-support materials and recommendations Use Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, analysis, and process efficiency You will work independently with guidance from a finance mentor and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Philips Transparency Details The hourly pay range for this position is $24.00 to $27.00, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
