Job Description The Insurance Operations and Servicing Associate III is responsible for executing processing across multiple workflows and resolving routine exceptions. This individual guides peers on procedures and completes high-volume data entry while meeting quality standards. Key Responsibilities Coordinates with carriers, agencies, and lenders to close information gaps on standard cases. Contributes to job aids by identifying unclear steps and proposing clarifications to leads. Prioritizes workload to meet productivity and audits requirements across assigned workflows. Performs targeted quality reviews of peer work and provides actionable feedback to improve accuracy. Researches and resolves routine exceptions and documents actions taken and outcomes in the system of record. Shares best practices and provides day-to-day guidance to newer employees on procedures and quality checks. Processes multi-step documentation queues and compares extracted data to source documents and resolves discrepancies.
