" Responsibilities Location: Pune Experience: 6 – 7 years Education: Postgraduate (MBA – Strategy / Operations / Finance / Technology Management preferred) Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Associate – Business Analyst with experience in Financial Services Global Capability Centres (GCCs), combining strategy consulting, operating model design, and strong technology orientation. The role will support banking and financial services GCCs across strategy formulation, benchmarking, cost & process optimization, organization design, and AI-enabled transformation, working closely with business and technology stakeholders.
