" Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow FSM Developer with hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) solutions. The candidate should have expertise in Work Order Management, Intelligent Scheduling & Dispatch, Mobile Work Execution, CMDB management, SAP integrations, and ServiceNow platform development. Responsibilities: Design and develop ServiceNow FSM solutions including Work Order Management, Scheduling & Dispatch, and Mobile Work Execution. Configure and customize FSM workflows, mobile applications, and integrations with SAP and other enterprise systems. Develop solutions using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Jelly, HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript. Manage and maintain CMDB foundational data related to WSD/facility assets. Support code promotion, data migration, CI/CD pipelines, and platform health reviews. Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT support, and ATF-based automation testing. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions. Mandatory skill sets: 5–8 years of ServiceNow development experience. Strong experience with ServiceNow FSM module. Hands-on expertise in server-side and client-side scripting. Experience with SAP integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and CMDB. Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, release management, and DevOps processes.
