Responsibilities: Engagement Risk Management: Serve as a critical liaison between engagement teams and risk/compliance functions to start client engagements. Track all the Engagements Riks activities in the portfolio Operational Engagement Support: Oversee engagement operations including resource planning, Raising invoices Coordinate with Engagement Manager for creation of Engagement Letters Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure that engagements comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Assist with internal and external audits related to engagement risk and operations. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with partners, engagement managers, risk team, and other stakeholders to facilitate risk discussions and operational efficiencies. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in business , Finance, Risk Management, or related field. 3-6 years of experience in a PMO role focused on risk and engagement operations, preferably within a Big4 or large consulting firm. Strong understanding of engagement risk management concepts, compliance, and operational governance frameworks. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA,) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
