PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to: Job Position Title: Senior Associate_Employee Central – Time Off_Enterprise Apps SAP_Advisory_ Bangalore Responsibilities: Must have been in a role leading Employee Central track for large multi-country implementation for international or domestic customer Must have good knowledge and hands-on experience of Employee Central all functionalities - Foundation, Position Management, Employee Master Data, Employee Life Cycle Events, Time Off, and Benefits. Create an absence time type and a time account type. Enable the assignment of time off master data to employees Must have independently led the design workshops for customer Must have an understanding of leading practices and industry best practices Must have a good understanding of platform-level integration of other modules with Employee Central.
