Practise the IGTS Usability Design Intern at Philips interview free →Job Title IGTS Usability Design Intern Job Description 岗位职责： 行政与团队支持 协助部门日常行政事务，包括差旅安排、会议协调、团队建设活动的组织与执行，以及部门文具的采购与管理。 协助准备会议资料、整理会议纪要，并跟进相关事项的落实。 国外访客的接待和协调 新员工入职支持：协助IGTS新员工完成入职流程，熟悉公司环境、工作流程及相关系统的操作。 物料与样品管理 协助部门进行样品、耗材及相关物料的采购申请与跟进，保障项目顺利进行。 协助管理实验室物资的出入库，维护物品台账。 变更管理支持 支持CMT（变更管理）流程，协助申请及维护相关系统和实验室的访问权限。 协助整理、归档相关变更管理文件。 项目支持 参与IGTS敏捷开发流程，协助PO（产品负责人）和SM（敏捷教练）对项目进行跟踪与管理。 协助研发工程师进行实验、测试、数据收集及初步分析。 参与产品开发、验证及改进过程，协助撰写技术文档和报告。 其他临时任务 完成上级分配的其他工作任务，积极配合团队工作。 任职要求： 本科及以上学历； 每周可实习4天及以上，实习期不少于6个月； 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，工作细致认真，责任心强； 熟练使用Office办公软件，具备较好的英文读写能力； 有项目助理或行政支持相关经验者优先。
