About the role: The individual must have 3 to 5 years total experience working on key accounts/national accounts to Manage and grow business with existing customers in the Pune & Nagpur region by supporting end to end service operations. This is a Techno-commercial role with strong understanding of HVAC products, equipment, and machinery and guides the customers and Drive retrofit sales and service modernization opportunities. Prepare quotations, manage billing, and coordinate with customers and dealers and Implement process improvements to enhance customer service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Role Responsibilities: Customer Service Operations Process Improvement Team Management Role Purpose: To manage customer service operations for Key accounts TAT & PM Analysis for ROM/Pune Customer relationship Minimum Requirements: 3 - 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or Operations with Diploma or any Engineering Degree.
