Identify change impacts and partner with business leaders to support organizational readiness, adoption, training, and communication activities. Monitor project financials, scope changes, risks, issues, assumptions, and key decisions while ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Establish and track project success metrics and business outcomes, ensuring benefits are realized following implementation. Continuously identify opportunities to improve HR Project Office processes, project team experiences, and project delivery effectiveness. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 5-7 years of experience leading medium to large-scale projects and system implementations from planning through implementation, preferably within Human Resources, HR Operations, or HR Technology functions. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs and driving execution across multiple stakeholders, teams, and workstreams. Experience delivering HR-related projects such as process improvements, operating model changes, organizational initiatives, HR technology implementations, regulatory/compliance initiatives, or employee experience programs. Strong project management skills, including project planning, resource management, risk management, issue resolution, change control, and stakeholder communications. Proven ability to influence without direct authority, drive accountability, and lead teams through ambiguity to achieve project objectives. Experience partnering with business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors to successfully deliver business outcomes. Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into executable project plans and drive initiatives through completion. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation, presentation, and executive-level communication. Experience using project management methodologies and tools to manage project lifecycle activities. Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver projects on schedule.
