Job Title Healthcare Systems Support Intern (all genders) Job Description Your role: Data Analysis and Reporting : Prepare data analysis, reports, and presentations within the field of healthcare, and sustainability. Administrative and Managerial Support : Handle administrative tasks like creating purchase orders, travel booking, and expense reconciliation. Provide managerial support by organizing meetings, managing calendars, and participating in meetings and external events as needed. Stakeholder Collaboration : Facilitate cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, public and private institutions. You're the right fit if: You are a student in at least third year of a Bachelor's degree or pursuing a Master's degree, ideally in a healthcare-related field You are available for work at least 30 hours per week, with some of that time spent on-site at the Warsaw office You are fluent in both Polish and English You are a highly organized problem-solver who takes initiative in resolving issues and improving processes, with excellent communication and analytical skills In return, we offer you: 6-12 month internship based on a civil contract with competitive remuneration. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This role is an office role.
