The team Are you looking for a place where a dynamic team combines with extensive experience? Join our EU External Workforce team, which currently supports six European locations in the full cycle of B2B contractors-related activities. Our work is characterized by reliability, attention to every detail, and strong interpersonal skills. On a daily basis, we handle almost all the activities related to B2B contractors life-cycle: contract management, financial month closing - related responsibilities, settlement of business trips, support for various requests/ inquiries related to collaboration with B2Bs, and Service Procurement-related activities. In addition, our responsibilities include data preparation for audits. We are a unique team inside the Finance department, inspired by learning and development through teamwork. The tasks we perform will significantly contribute to expanding your professional skills. The role In this role you will be responsible for B2Bs contract management, settlement of business trips for contractors, month-end closing activities, providing support for various requests/ inquiries related to collaboration with B2Bs, service procurement-related activities, and, if needed, data preparation for audits. What you'll bring • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Purchasing/Finance, preferably in a shared service organization • Very good command of the English language (written and oral communication) • Willingness to take initiative and proactive attitude • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-suite • Both teamwork and individual work skills • Attention to detail • Maintain a high level of cooperation and good relations with all internal stakeholders • Able to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities • Ability to maintain a professional, courteous demeanor in challenging circumstances • Knowledge of Oracle system would be an advantage About us We're a global, 1000-strong, diverse team of professional experts, promoting and delivering Social Innovation through our One Hitachi initiative (OT x IT x Product) and working on projects that have a real-world impact.
