The Opportunity For our Cardiac Rhythm Management Division CRM we are currently looking for a Field Clinical/Technical Engineer to join our clinical support team in Poland. This will be a field-based role requiring daily travelling across assigned area north-western Poland. Preferred locations are Zielona Góra, Świebodzin, Gorzów Wielkopolski, Skwierzyna, and Pniewy. Main purpose of the role As a Field Clinical Engineer CRM you will be responsible for providing expert support and advise on the use of the Abbott portfolio within north-western Poland , promotion of Abbott Product lines through professional and technical support to both medical and sales personnel. This position is additionally responsible for ensuring that all questions of a technical nature from the field or internal sources are answered in an expeditious manner and reported to the competent authorities within Abbott. This position’s primary function is to attend implants, follow-ups and support any issues related to Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices, both high voltage and low voltage. What You’ll do: Providing expert clinical consultation, teaching and support on the use of all CRM products and their appropriate application in the clinical setting. Maintain up to date technical knowledge of current and new therapies and technologies within the therapy area, including competitor devices, as well as a general understanding of the dynamics of the country healthcare market. Providing technical support to the CRM salesforce. Conduct product presentations and perform stand duty at exhibitions when requested, responding to technical questions that might be raised by EMEA or customers. Required qualifications and backgroun d: University degree in a science related field preferred (biomedical engineering, physics, clinical nursing or similar). Ideally electrophysiology/cardiac rhythm management or equivalent clinical experience. Cardiac anatomy and physiology knowledge would be considered as a strong asset. Very good command of English and Polish (both written and spoken). Strong problem-solving capabilities and customer-focus. A willingness to travel on a daily basis and ability to work autonomously. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Driving license B (active driver). The base pay for this position is N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
