You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify risks, resolve quality issues, implement preventive actions, and strengthen quality systems that drive operational excellence. How You'll Make an Impact Lead quality assurance activities throughout product engineering and manufacturing processes. Coordinate and support key quality deliverables including FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, and MSA activities. Ensure compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and testing teams to integrate quality requirements into daily operations. Identify, assess, and mitigate product and process quality risks before they impact customers. Drive root cause investigations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. Serve as a quality liaison for customer concerns and support resolution of quality-related inquiries. Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems, procedures, and standard operating practices. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your Background Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience in quality assurance, manufacturing quality, or process quality within an industrial environment. Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, PPAP, MSA, and root cause analysis. Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO standards, and regulatory compliance requirements. Experience leading corrective and preventive action initiatives and resolving non-conformities. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across multiple functions.
