F15QA Flight Line Plans and Scheduling/MOC Company: Boeing Qatar Incorporated Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking for a F15QA Flight Line Plans and Scheduling/MOC (Maintenance Controller) to assist in our maintenance efforts at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar . Position Responsibilities: Proactively leads and manages TCTOs, TCIs, and SIs for all assigned aircraft, to include working with internal and external stakeholders. Routinely spearheads and conducts meetings with peers, stakeholders, supervision, production staff, and St. Louis retrofit team to achieve optimal fleet health and program success. Reviews and documents aircraft 781 forms to ensure TCTOs, TCIs, and SIs are scheduled, documented and/or executed. Creates & maintains historical aircraft documentation files and data collection to aid in program management and ensures documentation of TCTO compliance IAW 00-20 series TOs. Utilizes forward-thinking and resourcefulness to anticipate problems and advise/recommend proper action planning to CLS Site Managers, teammates, and peers to achieve optimal fleet health regarding aircraft TCTO, TCI, and SI matters. Reviews and clarifies any/all new TCTOs before chairing formal TCTO meeting. Leads formal TCTO planning and discussion meetings with all essential parties and requests clarification of any TCTO requirements with appropriate TCTO managing agencies both internally and externally. Teams with supply logistics, maintenance execution teams, and any other key agencies to ensure all parts, kits, tooling, supplies, special equipment, and consumables are ordered and/or on-hand to execute TCTOs, TCIs, and SIs. Ensures that Immediate Action TCTOs are implemented upon receipt and Urgent Action TCTOs are brought to the attention of local maintenance management/supervision within 24 hours of receipt IAW 21-101. Monitors and coordinates sortie generation, maintenance production, and execution of the operations and maintenance schedules while maintaining visibility of fleet health indicators. Through coordination with maintenance units, the MOC communicates priorities for competing limited resources (such as, fuel or calibration docks, wash racks, and dispatched specialists from the maintenance squadron(s) (for example, egress) based on daily operations schedule and maintenance priorities. Monitors the status of aircraft/systems, as directed, (via electronic or manual visual aids) including ETIC, progress of FCFs, and location of each aircraft on station. Maintain and update aircraft generation line up and display aircraft status. Track aircraft maintained or supported by the unit but not on station (Aircraft cross-country). Use aircraft fault reporting manuals and include fault codes when documenting discrepancies in the aircraft forms. Debrief Section will use automated debrief tools such as the Computerized Fault Reporting System, AMDS, or equivalent. Implements procedures for reporting dropped objects, aborts, code 3 flight control malfunctions and engine malfunctions. Checks AFTO Form 781H, Aerospace Vehicle Flight Status and Maintenance, to ensure updates to airframe time and applicable servicing data (in-flight/hot pit refueling) are entered on the AFTO Form 781H or equivalent and/or applicable debrief system during the pilot/aircrew debrief. Inputs aircrew discrepancy verbatim and deviation information, utilization, and applicable flight data (to include landing status, system capability). Identify and research discrepancies for repeat/recur trends and document them accordingly on the AFTO Form 781A. Debrief Section will ensure previously documented discrepancies are reviewed and identified as repeat/recurs on the AFTO Form 781A. Maintains historical documents and maintenance data essential for the development of wing plans, schedules, and analysis of historical maintenance events. Maintains historical maintenance data within the MIS or alternate system. Develop wing maintenance plans using MIS aircraft/system historical data input by all maintenance personnel. Provides subject matter expertise on all maintenance scheduling issues and equipment historical document AFTO Form 95 management to QA and/or leadership during inspection/evaluations. Provides dedicated support to AMXS/AMU. Attend and actively participate in daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling, and quarterly and yearly planning programs and meetings. Inform Unit supervision of maintenance capabilities or limiting factors that could affect maintenance production. Coordinate with Unit supervision and Operational Squadron (OS) operations schedulers when scheduling Unit aircraft to meet flying requirements. This position requires the ability to obtain the US Security Clearance from the US Government. Employer will sponsor applicants for employment visa status where required. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Minimum of 1 year experience with USAF aircraft records management/oversight Must be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime. Some positions may also be rotating shifts Ability to obtain the US Security Clearance Preferred Qualifications: Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required Experience managing TCTO (Time Compliance Technical Orders) and TCI (Time Change Item) Programs Per AFI instructions and Technical Orders. Experience in Analysis concepts and metric reporting (Monitor Fleet health indicators, analyze deficiency trends, etc.). Experience in Documentation (Manage historical records, track configuration changes, etc.) Typical Education/Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate).
