Position Responsibilities: Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing processes and methods that comply with company policies and procedures, improves production efficiency, and optimizes product quality Monitors, assesses, and provides status on production progress, actions, issue resolution, and support needs Investigates product defects and production inefficiencies and develops solutions to reduce/mitigate Conducts staffing and cost analyses Coordinates and prepares justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation Represents manufacturing on production related issues Investigates product defects and production inefficiencies and develops solutions to reduce/mitigate Conducts staffing and cost analyses Coordinates and prepares justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation Represents manufacturing on production related issues Establishes and maintains production schedules This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Shift: This position is for 2nd shift. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post Start is required.) Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): More than 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment More than 1 year of experience leading teams Experience in the aerospace industry Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree or higher More than 1 year of experience using Microsoft Excel Experience aggregating, visualizing, and analyzing data to make informed decisions (i.e. SQL, Excel, PowerBI, etc.) Hands on experience with Component level testing (Vibe, Shock, Thermal Cycling, functional testing, etc.) Typical Education/Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc. Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process. Summary Pay Range: $96,900 - $131,100 Millennium is a DDTC-registered, ITAR-compliant Company. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
