About the Role We are seeking a Director, Executive Operations & Leadership Engagement to join the Executive Operations team within the Customer Success COO organization. Reporting directly to the Executive Operations Leader, this role serves as a strategic operational and communications partner, combining business planning and executive governance with senior storytelling and messaging strategy. In this role, you will bridge executive planning and execution by translating open-ended executive priorities into structured operational plans, high-visibility leadership forums, clear business narratives, and priority strategic initiatives. As a key member of the Executive Operations team, you will equip leadership to lead with clarity and impact, build the operational infrastructure that powers our executive engagement framework, define operational and communications standards, and drive cross-functional alignment. Your Impact - Responsibilities Establish and govern the overarching operating rhythm, decision-making frameworks, and executive forums across the organization to drive operational discipline and accountability. Partner closely with Customer Success COO leadership and key business partners to streamline decision-making, eliminate organizational friction, and drive to execution. Maintain executive focus on critical business decisions by filtering operational noise, surfacing emerging risks early, and guiding partner teams to resolve lower-level issues. Own the end-to-end communications strategy and messaging framework for leadership, ensuring tight alignment with broader organizational goals and company values. Shape the agenda, narrative structure, messaging flow, and presentation content for major executive forums, leadership summits, offsites, and all teams meetings. Direct high-stakes, ad-hoc strategic priorities on behalf of leadership, rapidly converting open-ended, complex challenges into structured execution plans across matrixed teams. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Executive Operations, Business Operations, Executive Communications, or Strategic Program Management within a global SaaS or technology environment. Proven track record of setting operational frameworks, defining executive communications strategies, and managing senior stakeholder relationships across matrixed teams. Deep expertise in executive speechwriting, narrative framing, and translating complex operational and business topics into clear, compelling executive presentations. Exceptional capability to convert ambiguous business inputs, rapid priority shifts, and open-ended executive requests into structured operational models. Strong business acumen across Customer Success operational rhythms, financial management cycles, and employee engagement models. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree or MBA preferred. The typical base salary range for this position is $164,000 - $161,500 annually. 

The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
