The Opportunity: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Senior Associate to drive the planning, execution, and measurement of EMEA alliance campaigns. In this role, you’ll bring financial and organisational discipline—including MDF management together with operational rigour and AI-enabled improvements to help campaign teams deliver consistent, on-brand outcomes with measurable ROI. You will be responsible for ensuring campaign alignment, data-driven decision-making, and efficient coordination across teams. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, enabling stronger go-to-market delivery and greater collaboration with PwC’s technology alliance partners. Key Responsibilities: 1) Finance, invoices, internal recharge management • Own day-to-day finance operations: expenses, reconcile invoices, ensure correct coding. • Operational management of budgets and documentation (requests, claims, evidence, audit trail); monitor burn-rate and recharge allocations. • Work with Finance/Procurement in different countries on exceptions; maintain month-end accruals and forecast accuracy. • Maintaining a log of used Marketing Development Funds (MDF) 2) Project coordination & campaign tracking • Support the EMEA Alliances Marketing team to run the operational aspect of campaigns across the region • Coordinate with campaign members to create assets and oversee their completion, compliance and distribution. Ensure campaign governance including Proof of Execution documentation, invoice collection and reconciliation, ROI tracking. • Maintain impeccable data hygiene in calendars, trackers and in Asana. • Provide PMO support for priority initiatives and campaigns. 3) Risk & Quality / brand compliance documentation • Create and operate checklists/playbooks for brand, regulatory and data handling standards globally and within key countries. Maintain these playbooks with the latest changes. • Ensure all global brand, global R&Q, Global GenAI Steerco compliance for all keycampaigns • Maintain campaign R&Q logs: approvals, brand checks, consent/usage rights, privacy notes, legal sign-offs. • Update relevant entries in Asana. 4) Reporting & ROI tracking • Following defined KPI frameworks per campaign; instrument tracking with Insights/Analytics. • Maintain quality dashboards • Manage ROI reporting for all major campaigns. 5) AI enablement (with ETIC) • Partner with ETIC to pilot marketing AI use cases (e.g., asset tagging/search, briefing assistants, QBR pack automation, governance checks). • Document outcomes, quantify time/quality gains, and scale successful pilots into operating standards. 6) Operations & tooling • Maintain projects progress in Asana in coordination with the marketing team. • During event/campaign peaks, coordinate tasks with Associates or approved flex capacity per governance (no line management). Skills & Qualifications • 5–7 years in Marketing Operations/Enablement or Campaign/Project Management (B2B or professional services). • Managing finance operations experience in marketing contexts (POs, invoices, MDF, recharges, accruals, forecasting, audit trail). • Proven delivery in large, matrixed organisations; confident stakeholder management across EMEA. • Solid grasp of integrated campaigns and channel orchestration (owned/earned/paid) including data & measurement. • Hands-on expertise with collaboration and reporting tools (Asana/Planner/Workfront, M365, Power Platform, Excel, VBA, dashboards). • Ability to work across cultures and time zones with inclusivity and agility • Flexibility for occasional travel.
