Why this role is important to us Reporting to the team manager, you will be part of the ETF Servicing Team responsible for the creation, review, and release of order confirmation files to Authorised Participants for all primary market order activity across all Exchange Traded Funds administered by SSIIL as well as the settlement of all primary market orders through both local and international Centralised Securities Depositories in Europe and managing deliverables both internal and external. What you will be responsible for As an Officer you will be responsible for the production of and coordination of Confirm production for primary market orders received on ETFs Instructing, review, and monitoring of settlement for all ETF orders Timely and accurate preparation of reporting Investigation and resolution of internal queries Manage client queries to ensure the highest level of service Build strong working relationships with clients and internal departments Identify any risks with processing and ensure that these are addressed Review of overall job process with a view to further efficiencies Manage own continued professional development, by engaging in the PPR process and attending relevant training per development pathways Engagement on project work within the team What we value These skills will help you succeed in this role Ability to work in a virtual global team environment with emphasis on collaboration with both clients and other internal service teams Problem Solving & Decision Making - Develop solutions and provide counsel to ensure effective decisions are reached by employing timely, rigorous and logical analysis Strong interpersonal skills and ethical decision making Self-Motivated and reliant Enthusiastic Uses Initiative Education & Preferred Qualifications Primary Degree or a Professional or Accounting qualification or equivalent Financial or business background Knowledge of ETF funds Work Requirement In office presence, 4 days a week About State Street Across the globe, institutional investors rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability.
