Support safe implementation of advanced manufacturing systems, automated material movement, connected equipment, robotics, energy systems, utilities and production processes. Establish leader routines for hazard identification, risk assessment, contractor safety, incident response, corrective actions and emergency preparedness. Use EHS data, leading indicators, inspections, observations, incident trends and audit findings to guide decisions and focus resources where risk is highest. Provide leadership for environmental compliance, waste management, chemical management, air, water, stormwater, permitting and sustainability-related programs. Coach leaders and employees, using field observations, feedback, leader routines and follow-up to reinforce safe decisions during construction and startup. What You Will Have Environmental Health and Safety Policy Compliance: Knowledge of environmental, health and safety policies, standards, procedures and legal requirements; ability to lead programs that protect employees, contractors, visitors in a manufacturing environment. Risk Management: Knowledge of tools, approaches and practices for identifying, assessing, controlling and monitoring operational, environmental, construction and occupational-health risks before they become incidents. Project Management: Ability to plan, organize, monitor and deliver EHS-related projects, launch activities, corrective actions and readiness plans to scope, schedule and quality expectations. Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
