What we’re looking for... You’ll need to have: Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience in cloud infrastructure managed Three or more years of hands on experience Kubernetes or Red hat Open shift Must have operation support experience in handling on prem cloud infrastructure operations Good hands on experience in Customer handling, Ticket management , Stake holder management and troubleshooting Good hands on troubleshooting experience in Cloud environment including , compute, network and storage nodes Good exposure on Kubernetes Networking concepts Good exposure on Kubernetes storage operations, PVCs, Netapp or related storage technologies Able to work in weekly On call operations supporting every six to eight weeks interval Even better if you have one or more of the following: Certification on CKA or Red hat Open shift certification Network function virtualization , Virtualization Telco infrastructure operations along with 5G enablement Worker node management ServiceMesh, Ingress controllers , Load balancers , F5 related technologies Ticketing management Good communication skills and analytical capabilities required during Outage handling or customer / stake holder engagement If Verizon and this role sound like a fit for you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every “even better” qualification listed above.
