Spend an unforgettable summer at Invesco alongside a select group of driven students. Our 9-week Summer Internship Program, kicking off in June 2027 , offers you the opportunity to delve into the dynamic world of client services within a global investment firm. You'll learn from seasoned professionals, gain hands-on experience, and build connections that will last a lifetime. As part of our Summer Internship Program cohort, you'll participate in orientation, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities. You'll work side by side with talented teams to learn about the business and contribute to meaningful initiatives. What You'll Do: Develop and execute sales plan strategies with the primary focus of prospecting new business Identify sales opportunities and advisor needs, cross-sell ideas and introduce new concepts Develop asset allocation strategies based on client objectives and risk tolerances Analyze regional/product sales trends within participating broker/dealer firms and among individual financial advisors Work with various departments/individuals within the organization to provide ‘Best in Class’ service to our financial advisors Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure maximum business efficiency, i.e. update and maintain contact management system Leverage analytical tools as an added resource to internal/external partners in developing portfolio construction ideas Complete internship with a better understanding of the Asset Management industry, specifically distribution What You Get: Career Launchpad – Build real-world skills and set the foundation for a future at Invesco—and beyond Your Own Mentor – Get paired with a mentor to guide your experience and support your growth Intern Community – Join a crew of fellow interns to collaborate, share ideas, and get to know—both in and out of the office. Real Work, Real Impact – Tackle meaningful projects and gain insight into client services at a global investment firm Minimum Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and be a Junior graduating by Summer 2028 Basic understanding of mutual funds and financial markets Understanding of investment advisor relationships Strong analytical skills Comfortable working with technology Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to work in one of Invesco’s offices where the program is available Preferred Qualifications: Working towards a college degree in Finance, Economics or a business discipline major preferred $35/hr Full Time / Part Time Full time Worker Type Student/Intern (Fixed Term) Job Exempt (Yes / No) No Workplace Model Pursuant to Invesco’s Workplace Policy, employees are expected to comply with the firm’s most current workplace model, which as of October 1, 2025, includes spending at least four full days each week working in an Invesco office.
