Candidate Requirements: Experience: 2-3 years minimum in a desktop support role. Technical Skills: Proficient with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and HP hardware. Experience with Apple (iOS) devices and ServiceNow. Basic networking experience is preferred. Certifications: A+ certification is highly desired. Logistics: Reliable transportation.
