About the Role We are seeking a motivated System Design Engineer to join our R&D team and contribute to the development of advanced air conditioning, heat pump, and refrigeration systems . This role will be responsible for system design, performance validation, reliability improvement, and technical verification to support key business growth projects. Key Responsibilities Design and develop refrigeration, air conditioner, and heat pump systems. Perform system cycle analysis and optimize product performance. Develop and define functional specifications and control logic. Conduct laboratory testing, performance evaluation, and reliability verification. Analyze test results and implement design improvements. Verify and validate parts, components, and system compatibility. Work closely with cross-functional teams to support new product development and commercialization. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in engineering, product development, testing, or system design. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Basic knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, refrigeration, or air conditioning systems is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
