Job Description Own end-to-end delivery of multiple Process Intelligence (Celonis) implementation programmes running in parallel, across clients of varying complexity and industries. Lead, mentor, and manage multiple delivery teams comprising data engineers, analysts, and process mining consultants; own resourcing, capacity planning, and performance management. Remain hands-on and technically credible – review and guide the design and deployment of Process Intelligence solutions using Celonis. Collaborate with senior stakeholders and client leadership to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and delivery roadmaps. Govern the setup of data extraction pipelines using both out-of-the-box connectors as well as custom-built connectors. Provide technical direction on Celonis ETL capabilities – Extraction, SQL Transformations, Data Pools and Data Jobs. Guide teams working with Vertica SQL to create custom activities in Celonis. Drive optimization of data pipeline performance across engagements. Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements at an executive level. Own delivery governance – status reporting, risk and issue management, escalation handling, and commercial tracking. Build capability within the practice through mentoring, knowledge assets, reusable accelerators, and best-practice frameworks.
