Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. 决策规划算法工程师 岗位职责 负责场景下的决策逻辑开发，包括信号灯路口通行（路权申请、高效放行、单车道单车通行）、汇入汇出及会车等场景。 负责通用决策机制的设计与实现，如特定场景下的路权规则、死锁检测与解除策略。 支持作业区域的决策逻辑适配，包括维修区、加油区、换电站、充电区等。 负责决策模块的仿真验证、场景回归测试及现场问题分析与迭代优化。 参与决策相关安全约束与降级策略设计，保障异常情况下车辆安全。 任职要求-基本要求 计算机、自动化、机器人、车辆工程、数学等相关专业本科及以上学历。 3 年以上自动驾驶决策规划或机器人决策相关开发经验。 熟练掌握 C++，熟悉 Python，熟悉 Linux 及 ROS/ROS2。 决策方向 熟悉有限状态机（FSM）、行为树（Behavior Tree）、规则引擎等决策框架的设计与落地。 熟悉路口通行、汇入汇出、会车、让行等交互场景的决策建模。 了解 POMDP、博弈论、MCTS 等交互决策方法，并能结合工程实际进行取舍。 熟悉多车协同、路权分配、死锁检测与避免等机制。 规划与系统方向 了解路径规划与速度规划方法，如 Hybrid A*、Lattice Planner、EM Planner、基于优化的规划方法等。 理解决策与预测、运动规划、控制及车云调度系统之间的接口与数据流。 具备现场测试问题定位与快速迭代能力。 加分项 矿山、港口、园区等封闭场景自动驾驶经验。 车云协同、车队管理/调度系统（FMS）或 V2X 相关开发经验。 多车协同决策、交通管控或路权管理系统开发经验。 学习型决策（强化学习、模仿学习）研究或应用经验。 Posting Dates: October 27, 2026 - November 19, 2026 Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
