As a Deals Diligence Analytics - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting client engagements within our Deals practice. You will leverage your analytical skills to provide insights and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making in financial due diligence processes. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional standards. Responsibilities - Conducting financial due diligence and analysis for mergers and acquisitions - Evaluating business performance metrics to assess financial health and growth potential - Developing financial models to support deal valuations and strategic decision-making - Analyzing financial statements to identify trends and potential risks - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights on financial forecasts and valuations - Reviewing contractual agreements to understand financial implications and obligations - Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations - Engaging in deal management activities to facilitate smooth transaction processes - Applying corporate finance principles to assess earnings quality and working capital management - Monitoring industry trends to inform investment analysis and strategic planning What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 3 to 5 years of experience - Degree in Finance, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Statistics, Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Mathematics, Accounting preferred.
