About the Opportunity and Team How do customers discover Adobe Firefly on Adobe.com? Which site experiences encourage them to try it, adopt it, and get lasting value from it? We are looking for a Data Scientist to help us answer questions like these. We study customer behavior, test new experiences, and measure how Adobe.com contributes to Firefly adoption, engagement, and business results. We share what we learn with Product, Marketing, Finance, Product Analytics, Engineering, and GTM so teams can make better decisions. We also use AI and automation to reduce repetitive reporting and give analysts more time to investigate new questions. About the Role This is a hands-on individual contributor role responsible for leading web analytics and measurement initiatives for Adobe Firefly on Adobe.com. You will identify which web experiences influence Firefly discovery, adoption, and customer value. You will work directly with clickstream and experimentation data, investigate questions that may not have an established analytical approach, and explain what the findings mean for the business. The role focuses on Adobe.com behavior and uses downstream customer, product, and business outcomes to evaluate the impact of web experiences. What You’ll Do Analyze how customers discover and engage with Firefly through Adobe.com. Identify performance drivers, journey friction, and changes that could improve acquisition, engagement, and conversion. Answer complex business questions using Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, SQL, statistical analysis, and relevant customer, product, and business data. Work with Product, Marketing, GTM, and analytics teams to develop hypotheses, shape experiments, analyze A/B tests, and turn the results into decisions. Partner with team members to define critical metrics, cohorts, success criteria, and measurement approaches. Develop new approaches when direct attribution is limited or established measures do not yet exist. Interpret weekly performance, investigate material changes, and respond quickly when the business needs analytical support. Present findings that inform Adobe.com priorities and decisions related to Firefly. Turn successful analyses and experiments into repeatable frameworks and playbooks. Work with analytics engineering and platform teams to improve automation, reporting, and self-service ​What You Need to Succeed A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience—is required. 5+ years of experience in growth analytics, web analytics, experimentation, data science, decision science, or a related field. Experience analyzing customer journeys, conversion funnels, and large clickstream datasets using Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, or a comparable platform. Strong SQL skills and experience using Python, R, or similar tools for statistical analysis and modeling. Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests, along with the judgment to work with incomplete data and questions without an established solution. Ability to identify important questions, synthesize findings, communicate with senior leaders, and help teams turn analysis into decisions. Experience with web-to-product adoption, cross-surface customer journeys, causal inference, incrementality measurement, or generative AI products is helpful but not required. Expected Pay Range: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $109,000 - $200,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $138,600 - $200,700
 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
