Data Engineer - Identity Resolution & Consent Data

We are looking for a Data Engineer – Identity Resolution & Consent Data to join our Privacy Technology team. You will build and maintain the data infrastructure that enables Thomson Reuters to accurately identify individuals across systems and manage consent data at scale. This role focuses on identity resolution, consent data modeling, pipeline governance, and AI-driven data quality automation to support compliant and trusted customer data. About the Role: Own and enhance identity resolution processes, including matching, scoring, clustering, and record unification. Design and maintain consent data models sourced from OneTrust and other privacy platforms. Define standards for onboarding new data sources and maintaining data quality. Partner with Privacy, Legal, Marketing, and Engineering teams to ensure compliance and business alignment. Build scalable pipelines, testing, monitoring, and governance capabilities. Apply AI tools to automate data quality reviews, validation, and field mastering. About You: 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Privacy Engineering, or Identity Resolution. Data engineer with Snowflake, DBT, Python, OneTrust, Identity Resolution/MDM experience. Strong SQL and cloud data warehouse experience (Snowflake or similar). Hands-on expertise with dbt and incremental data modeling. Proficiency in Python for automation, testing, and pipeline development. Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, CASL, and consent data management. Understanding of identity resolution concepts, including matching, scoring, and clustering. Experience integrating OneTrust or similar Consent Management Platforms. Familiarity with CRM and marketing technology ecosystems. Experience leveraging AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, Claude Code, or LLM-based workflows) for data quality and automation. Experience with enterprise-scale identity resolution platforms. Knowledge of Salesforce, Eloqua, or similar marketing technologies. Experience with Airflow or other orchestration tools. Familiarity with JavaScript stored procedures and cloud integration workflows (AWS). Experience in a complex B2B enterprise software environment. #LI-AD2 What’s in it For You?
