About the Team We are a high-energy, collaborative team dedicated to keeping our organization secure, efficient, and running smoothly behind the scenes. Operating at the intersection of IT, security, and enterprise operations, our team oversees the end-to-end management of enterprise customer instances by way of digital tools, hardware, and access controls. If you love solving operational puzzles, bringing structure to complex systems, and driving automation, you’ll fit right in with a group that values curiosity, process efficiency, and mutual support About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Provisioning Analyst to manage, allocate, and optimize our Adaptive customer's instances. In this role, you will ensure end-users, departments, or clients receive the necessary assets, entitlements, and access rights promptly while maintaining strict security and compliance standards. You will act as a bridge between IT operations, procurement, and business end-users to streamline lifecycle management. Your day to day will be interacting with customer, which can range from IT leads to CFOs, via Salesforce cases About You You are a naturally organized, curious problem-solver who takes pride in bringing order to complex systems. You enjoy the details; spotting small discrepancies before they become larger issues. You get genuine satisfaction from making processes run faster, smarter, and more efficiently. Adaptable and customer-focused, you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can partner with different teams to solve operational challenges. Whether you are troubleshooting a tricky request, auditing data, or communicating customer needs between different teams; you approach your work with ownership, clear communication, and a continuous improvement mindset Basic Qualifications 3+ years of Customer Support experience 2+ years of experience with Provisioning instances / Tenants 2+ years of experience with case management systems ( Sales Force / Jira) Other Qualifications Solid digital literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, software applications) Attention to detail and able to keep track of lots of data effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills Solid computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, software applications) Ability to understand and interpret data from multiple sources Efficiently research customer issues and questions with a follow through to resolution Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and upbeat environment Forward-thinking individual who will analyse and improve current processes Pursuant to applicable Fair Chance law, Workday will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
